1.      Treatments are by appointment only.

2.      To book an appointment please contact me by telephone or text. If I am unable to answer the phone please leave a text or Whatsapp with your name, postcode and the treatment you are interested in.

3.     Consultation forms must be completed prior to treatments commencing. Please do this prior to your appointment where possible to prevent loss of treatment time.

4.      I have a lot of equipment to carry with me some of it is quite heavy so it is important that I am able to park directly outside or very close to your home. If this is not possible please inform me as soon as possible.

5.      A treatment cannot take place on anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

6.      Any inappropriate or sexually suggestive behaviour will not be tolerated.

6a.      For my own personal safety I reserve the right to refuse a treatment booking or to stop a treatment at any time with the full cost of the treatment being charged.

8.      Please be ready to receive your treatment upon my arrival at your home. Delays may result in a shortened treatment time charged at the duration originally booked.

9.      Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid 6 months from the date of issue.
